As Condoleezza Rice said the main subject of discussion at the NATO ministerial in Brussels will be to persuade Dimitri Medvedev, the President of the Russian Federation to meet the commitments of the truce.
‘I think France will demand from Russia to explain why Russia’s President can not keep his word.’ – Condoleezza Rice remarked.
As Condoleezza Rice underscored, Russian strategic aviation tried to attack
even the borders of USA .The US Secretary of State said that it is a dangerous game.
