Georgian police will patrol Gori from today.
The locals will be able to return to their dwelling houses after Georgian police enters the city of Gori.
According to Vano Merabishvili, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, traffic movement on the Gori –Khashuri main road line will be restores already today.
As the Minister stated, traffic movement was blocked till Natakhtari till now. But the traffic movement is supposed to be restored till Igoety.
‘We will control the whole road main line and safeguard the safety of the locals. We will shift our patrolling on the road section ahead every half an hour.’
Vano Merabishvili remarked that the government of Georgia takes all measures working in state structures and police in Gori to be totally restored.
