President of Ingushetia To Leave His Position Ahead of Time

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution regarding dismissing Murat Zyazikov as president of the Ingushetia ahead of time.
According to the Russian agencies Murat Zyazikov, the president of Ingushetia, has left his position in compliance with his own wish and will go on working in Moscow.
As the opposition in Ingushetia claim, the resignation of the president refers to the tensed situation existing in the country.
Yunus-bek Yevkurov will assume the responsibility of the president, which enjoys the honorary title ‘Hero of the Russian Federation’.
Yevkurov have worked as a high rank officer in Russian armored forces since 1982.
