Russian Diplomats Had to Excuse for Shamba’s Conduct in Geneva

Russian delegation had to excuse for conduct of Abkhazian de-facto foreign minister Sergey Shamba.
Paper ‘Komersant’ writes about it and calls it ‘Solemn Scandal’.
According to the newspaper, Shamba demanded to give independent status to Sokhumi and Tskhinvali representatives and take Georgian language from official document of measures.
This demand from Abkhazian side resulted in noisy discussion between Russian diplomats and Shamba.
