The population of USA will elect the 44th president of the country tomorrow, November 4.
According to the preliminary polls, 47 –year –old Democrat Barack Obama is ahead by several percentages over his ‘rival’ 72-year-old Republican John McCain. Barack Obama leads in all important states, including Ohio and Florida
Obama called his voters not to be too confident in victory; as for the influential republic-party –members they call Americans not to hurry and not to ‘write off ‘John McCain yet.
The election will coincide with the 2008 Senate elections in thirty-three states, House of Representatives elections in all states, and gubernatorial elections in eleven states, as well as various state referanda and local elections. The president-elect and vice president-elect are scheduled to be inaugurated on January 20, 2009.
Till then George Bush will still run the country.
