Georgian PM to participate in world economic forum Prime Minister of
Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili will take part in the world economic forum.
He will depart for Switzerland on January 20 in order to attend the 46th
session.
According to the governmental administration the PM will deliver his speech at the session – Eurasia and the Modern Silk Road within the framework of the forum. He will also participate in the ‘informal meeting of world leaders’ where the next year’s priorities will be stressed.
He will also attend meetings ‘Meet the Euro Commission’ and ‘Sixth Industrial Revolution: New European Agenda’.
Meetings with world’s leading companies including BP, Tata Sons Ltd, Lazard will also be held.
Kvirikashvili will hold face-to-face meetings with different world leaders including presidents of Switzerland and Azerbaijan, Kazakh and Dutch PMs. A meeting with U.S. Assistant Secretary Victoria Nuland is also planned to be held. He will also meet with former PM of Great Britain Tony Blair.
